Mr. and Mrs. James P. Fleischmann of Jupiter announce the engagement of their daughter, Tracey L. Fleischmann of West Palm Beach, to Kevin D. Landers, also of West Palm Beach.

The future bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis W. Landers of Dallas.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Jupiter Community High School and earned a bachelor of arts degree in legal studies at the University of Central Florida, where she was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority.

She worked seasonally for several years in residential real estate, specializing in condominium sales in West Palm Beach and Singer Island.

She is a litigation paralegal for the law firm of Schwarzberg, Spector, Duke & Rogers in West Palm Beach.

The bridegroom-to-be earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.

He is a vice president with Kodiak Capital Partners in Palm Beach.

The couple is active in local charities, including The Center for Family Services, the United Way, the American Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

A fall wedding is planned at The Ritz-Carlton in Manalapan,
