Jason Rosenberg, a longtime resident of West Palm Beach, died Saturday, July 26, 2008, at his home after a long battle with cancer. He was 79.

Mr. Rosenberg was born in Boston. He attended Boston University before joining his family's business, Rosencrest Manufacturers, producing a popular line of women's sportswear.

In the 1970s, Mr. Rosenberg worked in real estate and finance. He was a skilled pilot and held a commercial pilot's license.

He was a member of The Breakers and the New Synagogue of Palm Beach.

Mr. Rosenberg is survived by his wife, Naomi, of West Palm Beach; their daughter, Lisa Gardiner and her husband, Richard; their son, Michael Rosenberg and his wife, Stephanie; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services were July 28.
