The couple exchanged vows in a private ceremony overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea at Hotel Poseidon.
The bride is the daughter of Paige Arnold Benjamin of West Palm Beach and of Dr. and Mrs. John Roy Emmett of Memphis, Tenn.
She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Young Arnold Jr. of Palm Beach and of the late Mr. and Mrs. Roy Cleveland Emmett of West Palm Beach.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Patrick Filosa of Wood Dale, Ill. His paternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Basilio Filosa of Arma, Kan. His maternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. William Nicholas Janchik of Franklin Park, Ill.
The bride is a graduate of Palm Beach Day School and of Cardinal Newman High School. She earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Georgia, where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.
The bridegroom is a graduate of West Leyden High School in Northlake, Ill. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois and a master's degree in business administration from DePaul University.
The bride is vice president of resource development for Spectrum Healthcare Foundation.
The bridegroom is managing partner of MMB Inc., a real estate development company that is based in Franklin Park.
After a brief stay in Positano, the couple traveled to Sorrento, Capri and Rome.
They are living in West Palm Beach and Chicago.
