Adam Charles Kirkpatrick of New Smyrna Beach, formerly of Palm Beach, died Saturday, June 7, 2008, at his home. He was 24.

He was born in Jacksonville Oct. 31, 1983 and was raised in Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie. He graduated from Port St. Lucie High School in 2001.

Mr. Kirkpatrick is survived by his mother, Carol Forest and husband Dean of New Smyrna; his father, Donald Kirkpatrick and wife Elizabeth of Palm City; and siblings, Kristen Murgio of Tequesta, Kiley Fontaine of Palm Beach Gardens, and Luke and Ben Forest of DeLand; his maternal grandparents, Calvin and Ann Roche and Bill and Shirley Acuff, all of Jacksonville; paternal grandparents, Harry and Elaine Kirkpatrick of Jacksonville; a niece, Isabel Murigo; and two nephews, Michael and Rocco Murgio.

A funeral service will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Indian RiverSide Park, 1707 NE Indian River Drive, Jensen Beach.
